Deleted Service Invoice

You can view the list of deleted service invoices here. If you delete a service invoice, it will appear in the deleted service invoice list for approval. If you approve the deletion, the invoice will be permanently removed. However, if you cancel the delete request, the invoice will be restored and shown again in the service invoice list.

Here you can see the deleted service invoice list with details such as:

Date: You can see the date when the service invoice was generated.

Type: You can see the category or nature of the service invoice.

Invoice No: You can see the invoice no of the service invoice.

Customer Name: The name of the customer for whom the service invoice is generated.

Total Amount: The complete cost of the service, including any applicable taxes and discounts.

Paid: The amount that has been paid for the service.

Due: The remaining amount that still needs to be paid for the service.

Status: Indicates the current state of the service invoice, such as approve, pending or rejected.

Action: You can perform multiple actions from here.

By clicking the Select button, you can perform multiple actions, including:

• View Details: See the complete details of the service invoice.

• Approve: You can approve the delete request from here.

• Cancel: You can cancel the delete request from here.

Search: you can find any specific delete request by using the search functionality.

Export Data: You can export the data table from here.
